Today we decided to do something new. We asked the children to do something new at home and they decided to do that with color and we wanted to do something related to Easter, since these past days we celebrated that in Peru. Before that we shared with each other what Easter means for us and how this day is celebrated in different countries. Luckily we got the visit of friends who come from Spain, Liechtenstein, The Netherlands and Peru. They told us a little bit about this tradition in their countries and the local volunteers told us how they celebrate in their regions, since one of them comes from Huancayo (a region in the center of Peru).

Once we finished our conversation, the answer for this day was there: We are going to put some paint in eggs and hit the wall. So we did it. We grabbed eggs and filled them with paint. Everybody wanted to be the first one to hit the wall. We started form the smallest. There they were, splashing the wall with paint and smiles.
At the end we’ve got a colorful wall, but we know that we need to do it again to make our piece of art complete.
